The Role

As F&B Manager, you will:

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Food & Beverage team
Be the face of the operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every touch point
Oversee the day-to-day running of the Food & Beverage department
Drive service standards and operational excellence across all outlets
Support business performance and help maximise revenue opportunities
Lead from the front, providing hands-on support during service
Create a positive, team-focused environment that encourages growth and success

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an enthusiastic and approachable leader with a passion for hospitality and people development.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience as an F&B Manager, Assistant F&B Manager, or in a similar leadership role
Experience within a busy hotel, resort, or high-volume hospitality environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
A hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
The drive to develop your team and contribute to the continued success of the business
