Fast Track Liability File Handler
Hybrid work (4 days remote)

£25,000 - £28,000
The company are looking for a Fast Track Liability File Handler to join their Bolton team. The Fast Track Liability File Handler will be responsible for managing a portfolio of liability-disputed Fast Track files independently. The role will involve handling cases efficiently and proactively whilst utilising effective telephone negotiation techniques to obtain the appropriate settlement
Skills required:
* Experience working in a legal environment
* Experience in negotiation
* Experience in Fast Track Liability
* Experience managing a caseload of litigated claims
* Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and email
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Organisational skills
* Attention to detail
The package:
* Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 4 days a week remote work at home with 1-hour unpaid lunch
break
* 35 hours per week
