£28-33,000 + Car

£45-50K OTE uncapped (first year)

Are you a target-driven, hungry new business Sales Executive looking for a step-up into Field Sales? Or a Junior Field-Sales Executive ready for a full BDM role?

We’re on the look-out for an ambitious, intelligent and determined sales professional looking for an opportunity to drive sales and make a high impact taking a new product to market.

You’ll need commercial focus, bags of initiative and an entrepreneurial flair. Having a solid track record in outbound sales, you’ll be a confident communicator with skilled questioning technique able to spot opportunities and build relationships. You’ll love getting to know how your customers work, solving their problems and seizing the opportunity to generate demand.

In return, you’ll join an award-wining firm during an exciting phase of growth and development. The first hire in their new sales division, you’ll shape the new business sales strategy and pace of expansion within the North West through your knowledge of customers and proven success. You’ll then help the business establish their reputation nationally with the option to head up a team or rise through the ranks quickly as a top performer.

About the Job

With the support of a lead generation executive, your role will include:

Targeting new business opportunities within the North-West region
Building relationships with new customers based on trust, quality and product knowledge
Managing your own pipeline – customer mapping, cold-calls, emails, Linkedin
Attending appointments 4 days per week, converting leads and knocking on doors
Generating demand for products through samples, trials and initial orders
Maintaining regular customer contact and showcasing the benefits of great products and service
Analysing data and using customer insights to spot gaps and seize opportunities to generate orders

About You

Suitable candidates must have a solid track record new business sales (office or field-based), be armed with ideas and come ready to make an impact. You will also need to demonstrate:

Drive, tenacity, ideas and ambition
Relationship building and passion for excellent customer service
Strong communication skills and questioning technique
Organised, self-managed and proactive
Willingness to travel across Greater Manchester and North West region (4 days per week with occasional overnight stays – 1 or 2 per month)
Commitment to honest and ethical business practices
