We are seeking a Fast Fit Centre Manager on behalf of a well-established automotive service chain with multiple locations nationwide. Lead and manage daily operations of the fast fit centre to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage a team of technicians and customer service staff, maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Achieve and surpass sales targets and operating budgets
Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
Oversee stock management and ordering to optimise workshop efficiency
Drive local marketing and PR initiatives to enhance the centre’s community profile
Contribute to staff training and development programmes
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and MOT testing regulations (when qualified)
Maintain operational standards and ensure high levels of service qualityRequirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
Minimum of 2 years’ management experience within the automotive industry
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Strong customer relations skills with a track record of exceeding customer service standards
Full UK driving licence
Experience in fast fit repairs, MOT testing, or vehicle servicing is highly desirable
