Lead and motivate the workshop team to meet operational objectives and improve performance
Manage daily workshop operations to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Oversee the safety and security of the workshop, stock, and equipment
Promote a positive working environment focusing on team development and customer care
Ensure accurate stock control, timely deliveries, and proper storage procedures
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Develop practical strategies to optimise workshop productivity and profitability
Foster continual learning and development within the teamRequirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, ideally as Fast Fit Centre Manager or similar
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team motivation and development
Technical knowledge of automotive repairs, servicing, and diagnostics
Successful track record in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of six months, with no more than six points
