Description:
We are recruiting an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager on behalf of our client, a national automotive garage group, for a permanent position at their busy fast-fit centre in Caterham, Surrey. This Fast-Fit Centre Manager position offers a salary of £40,000 basic, plus performance-related bonuses and incentives.

As Fast-Fit Centre Manager, lead the daily operations and commercial performance of the fast-fit centre
Drive sales targets, customer conversion rates and customer call-backs
Motivate, train and coordinate workshop and front-of-house teams
Monitor performance against monthly KPIs and support profit target delivery
Oversee stock control, inventory, branch security and equipment maintenance
Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards
Ensure all work meets company procedures and Health and Safety requirements
Support team development and performance management
Create a positive, professional and customer-focused working environmentRequirements:
The successful Fast-Fit Centre Manager will have previous experience in a garage, fast-fit, vehicle servicing or automotive management environment
Experience as an Assistant Fast-Fit Manager, Fast-Fit Branch Manager, Independent Garage Manager or Workshop Foreman is advantageous
Proven commercial and sales experience, including the ability to improve customer conversion
Strong technical and mechanical understanding of cars
Effective leadership, communication and team management skills
Ability to work confidently in a busy, target-driven environment
Full current UK driving licence
