We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Fast Fit Centre Manager in Canterbury, Kent. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead a successful team within a reputable automotive network. The Fast Fit Centre Manager role is vital in ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitable growth.

Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer service and operational efficiency
Maximise workshop productivity to meet profit targets
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality
Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, managing staff and adhering to health and safety regulations
Promote the company brand and develop strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business
Manage stock security and control, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with company procedures
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies
Monitor and maintain workshop compliance standards and health & safety policiesRequirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
Proven experience in automotive management, preferably within a fast fit or autocentre environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to meet financial targets and drive sales
Knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience
Full UK driving license
