We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead a busy and reputable automotive business in Chingford. This is an excellent Fast Fit Centre Manager opportunity for a motivated automotive professional with proven management expertise to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive profitability within a fast-paced environment.

Managing daily operations of the Fast Fit branch, ensuring efficiency and workflow
Leading and motivating team members to achieve and surpass sales targets as a Fast Fit Centre Manager
Providing outstanding customer service to promote customer retention and satisfaction
Overseeing stock security, financial controls, and compliance with company standards
Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company within the Chingford community
Ensuring health and safety standards, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance are maintainedRequirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, ideally as an Autocentre Manager or equivalent
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Drive to succeed and meet sales and profit targets
