Fashion Returns & Packing Assistant

Location: Charlton, London, SE7
Shifts: 6am-6pm or 10am-10pm | 4 on, 4 off rota
Pay: £12.71 per hour (increasing after 12 weeks)
Job Type: Temporary Full-Time

Stafforce has an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Packers & Inbound Returns Operatives to join a leading fashion and retail distribution centre based in Charlton. This role is ideal for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What you'll be doing:

Receiving and processing inbound stock, returns, and customer orders.
Inspecting returned fashion and retail items for quality, damage, and resale suitability.
Scanning products accurately and updating stock records using warehouse systems.
Sorting inbound deliveries and returned goods, ensuring items are allocated to the correct location.
Picking customer orders accurately to meet dispatch deadlines.
Packing fashion and retail items to company standards, including luxury packaging where required.
Preparing outbound orders for distribution and shipment.
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company expectations.
Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records.
Supporting both inbound and outbound warehouse operations to meet daily targets.
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Working collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What we're looking for:

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. However, previous experience within a warehouse, packing, returns, retail, or stock processing environment would be beneficial.

Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Are reliable and punctual.
Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
Can follow processes and instructions accurately.
Basic IT skills required.
