Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Time Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Time Worker to join a Family Time Team based in Staffordshire.

Pay rate is £15.41 per hour.

3 months initially.

Hours are 8.30am – 5pm.

The role:

Organize family time between children and their parents or other relatives as instructed by the court.
When necessary, arrange transportation for children and young people to attend family time.
Support and facilitate therapeutic family time between children and their families.
Offer parenting support and guidance to parents during family time.
Assist in the completion of accurate documentation, reports, and records related to children, young people, and families.
Be available outside traditional working hours, including evenings and weekends, to provide support to children, families, and carers when needed.
Develop relationships and provide interventions to children, families, and carers.
Requirements

A minimum qualification of NVQ3 or equivalent in working with children and their families.
Experience in direct work with children, their families, and carers in a statutory or voluntary agency that provides services to vulnerable children and their families.
Familiarity with child development and the influence of stress and trauma on children's growth and development.
Capability to effectively navigate and work in situations involving conflict.
Capable of using a car without restrictions - designated as an essential car user.
Enhanced DBS registered to the update service.
