Our client is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Family Assessment Worker to join their Children & Families service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and families and making a positive difference.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the assessment of children and families, identifying needs and risks, and working alongside professionals to promote positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing comprehensive family and parenting assessments
* Working directly with children, parents and carers
* Identifying strengths, needs, risks and safeguarding concerns
* Contributing to care plans and assessment reports
* Working closely with social workers and partner agencies
* Supporting families to make positive and sustainable changes
* Maintaining accurate case records and professional documentation
About You
We are looking for candidates with:

* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
