Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)
The Client:
Our client is a prominent law firm, providing comprehensive legal advice for both corporate and individual matters.
The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a comprehensive range of family law cases, from initiation to completion including divorce, adoption, childcare, domestic violence, and more.
Duties:
Handling a full range of family law cases, including Legal Aid and private matters.
Managing all stages of family, divorce, adoption, and childcare issues.
Providing support in family mediation and domestic violence cases.
Dealing with family financial and property arrangements.
Leading mediation sessions.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer or in a similar role.
Eexperience in family law and matrimonial cases.
Capability to independently manage a caseload with minimal oversight.
Strong prioritisation and proactive working skills.
Essential knowledge of Legal Aid procedures.
