Romford
£45,000-£60,000 DOE
4 or 5 days per week
Right Match Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established law firm in Romford to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to progress into a supervisory role within a supportive and well-respected firm.
The Opportunity
Our client has an established reputation and a loyal client base, offering a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
Divorce, separation and financial remedy matters.
Private children law.
Cohabitation agreements and TOLATA.
Domestic violence injunctions.
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
You will manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 matters, including work for high-net-worth clients, while having the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and support junior colleagues.
What Our Client Is Looking For
A minimum of 4 years' PQE in private family law.
Strong technical knowledge and the confidence to manage complex matters independently.
Experience mentoring or training junior colleagues.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
A proactive approach to networking and business development.
Ambition to progress towards a supervisory or leadership position.

Salary of £45,000-£60,000, depending on experience.
