Providing comprehensive support to solicitors on family law cases
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Conducting legal research and compiling case files
Liaising with clients to gather and relay information
Ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations
Managing and organising legal documentation and digital files
Participating in client meetings and taking minutes
Assisting in the preparation of court proceedingsProfile
A successful Family Law Paralegal should have:
A degree in law, paralegal studies or a related field
Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations
