Factory Process Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus Scheme
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm | Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Are you a keen individual with factory management experience who a passion for process improvement and continuous improvement?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer where you'll play a key role in driving factory improvement projects. Working closely with the Senior Management and wider Factory Leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and documenting standard operating procedures, monitoring compliance, analysing operational issues, and implementing sustainable improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
This role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking to broaden their project management experience while making a genuine impact across the factory, there is excellent scope to develop into a broader factory improvement position with increasing responsibility over time.

The Candidate
*Experience within a manufacturing or factory environment
*Strong understanding of production processes and operational best practices
*Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S or Continuous Improvement initiatives
*A proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
The Role
*Support improvement projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to production
*Supporting the implementations of S5 and Lean Manufacturing principles
*Champion high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
*Conduct regular audits and spot checks to make sure all paperwork is accurate
