Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based near the Biddenden area, who are currently looking to bring in two motivated Factory Operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, likes being kept busy, and wants the chance to secure a long-term permanent role within a supportive and stable business.

The Role
Working as part of a busy production team, you’ll be involved in a variety of day-to-day manufacturing duties, supporting the smooth running of operations and ensuring products are prepared to a high standard.
Responsibilities will include:
Working within a fast-paced production environment
Operating machinery and equipment (full training provided)
Assisting with general manufacturing and production processes
Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure standards are met
Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
Supporting with general housekeeping and site organisation
Working closely with team members to meet daily targets

Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
