Monday to Friday | Day Shift | Early Finish Every Friday
Are you looking for a full-time role with consistent hours and an early finish every Friday? We're recruiting Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team in a busy production environment, with ongoing work and the potential for a long-term position.
What You'll Be Doing
Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
Carrying out basic assembly tasks following work instructions
Operating production machinery (full training provided)
Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
Completing quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targetsWhat We're Looking For
Previous factory, production, manufacturing, or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
A reliable and punctual approach to work
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
Willingness to learn and follow health and safety proceduresWhat's on Offer
