Factory Operative - Temp to Perm

Location: Duxford
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are working with a leading food manufacturer in Duxford who are looking for a Factory Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in food manufacturing, with the chance to upskill and expand their knowledge across production and warehousing.

Please note: Due to the location, you must have your own transport.

Duties of the Factory Operative:

Washing and preparing products
Running and assisting on the production line
Packing finished products
Quality checking products to ensure they meet required standards
Palletising finished products
Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
Operating an FLT after appropriate training
Supporting other areas of the business when required

The Ideal Factory Operative:

Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred
Good attention to detail
Good timekeeping and reliability
Good communication skills
Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
Looking for a long-term Temp to Perm opportunity
Full UK driving licence and own transport

Pay & Hours:

£13.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
7:30am - 5:00pm
