Factory Operative | £12ph | Wareham
Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can gain production skills and take ownership of processes? Do you take pride in your work and pay strong attention to detail? This could be the role for you!
As Factory Operative, you’ll be working as a permanent member of the team within a successful distribution business with a great work environment.
You’ll benefit from:
Guaranteed Monday – Friday (no weekend working)
Immediate start available
Overtime available
Training and day to day support provided
As a Factory Operative you will work:
Monday to Friday - 7am - 4pm
As a Factory Operative your responsibilities will include although not limited to:
Manual handling, such as operating, setting up and loading machinery
Welding, such as butt welding and spot welding, using a jig
Prepping and finishing components
Basic inspection
Working with specifications / diagrams
General housekeeping duties
As a Factory Operative, you'll have:
A good eye for detail
Previous hands-on experience in a similar environment (preferred)
A willingness to learn and work in a production environment
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
