Yard Operative / Labourer – Ongoing Work
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
Pertemps are currently recruiting for candidates with experience in hands-on, physical work involving power tools and hand tools. This is an outdoor role offering ongoing work with a leading construction equipment supplier.
Key Duties:
Chiselling concrete from old metal beams and equipment
Preparing materials for resale by cleaning and spraying them
Using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
Following all site health and safety procedures
Working in a physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting
Requirements:
Previous experience using power tools and hand tools
Ability to carry out manual and physical work outdoors
Strong awareness of health and safety standards
Successful completion of onsite drug and alcohol testing
