We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and support our company's development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing department, ensuring efficient and safe production schedules.
Coordinate staffing levels to meet operational requirements, maintaining productivity, quality, and output performance with precision.
Promote a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Lead and support the shop floor team to consistently achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with management to identify and implement operational improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Production Manager, Factory Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, or Shop Floor Manager.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support production employees effectively.
Experience in managing production teams within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
