Hours: Standard Hours - 7am to 4pm Mon to Thu / 7am to 1pm on Fri - must be flexible with working hours and be prepared to work later than 4pm regularly

About the Role

We are looking for a physically fit and reliable Factory Labourer to join a busy joinery manufacturing environment.

The role involves the loading and unloading of large joinery components, as well as packaging finished products ready for delivery. This is a physically demanding position involving regular heavy lifting and manual handling.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading large joinery components.
Packaging and preparing products for dispatch.
Moving heavy materials safely around the factory.
Assisting production and joinery teams as required.
Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Working as part of a team to meet production and dispatch deadlines.About You

Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
Previous factory, warehouse, joinery, or labouring experience preferred.
Reliable and hardworking.
Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Good awareness of Health & Safety.
Must be flexible with working hours depending on production requirements.
Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.Apply
