Due to exceptional growth, T&K Associates are currently recruiting for Factory Labourers to join our Client on a temporary to permanent basis in Swadlincote.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team on a long-term basis with plenty of overtime on offer.
Factory Labourer Job Details;
* £12.50 - £15ph dependant on experience
* Plenty of overtime opportunities available paid at premium rates
* Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm & Friday 7am-4pm
* Saturday overtime 6am-2pm
* Company pension scheme
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Temporary to Permanent
* Free parking
Factory Labourer Role & Responsibilities include;
* Loading the product onto the machine
* Bending and cutting product to specification
* Operating machinery
* Changing components
* Quality Checking goods
* General housekeeping
* Working within a team
* Maintaining Health & Safety
* All other associated tasks as required
Due to the nature of the work, the environment is dusty, dirty, and loud. The applicant should be able to work within a physically demanding setting and be happy to complete repetitive duties.
Factory Labourer Person Specification;
* Previous factory / machine experience is preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Happy to complete repetitive duties
* A good team player
* Able to follow instructions with good communication skills
