About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Labourer to join the team. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, with full training provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Drilling and tapping laser-cut components using a pillar drill.
Full training will be provided for candidates who have limited or no previous experience.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe factory environment.
Using a push-along sweeper and carrying out general factory housekeeping.
Emptying bins and managing general waste.
Breaking up broken pallets and preparing packaging materials.
Packaging and handling manufactured components as required.
Maintaining accurate stock counts of machined parts.
Assisting with general production and factory duties as required.
Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.About You:
Previous manufacturing, engineering or factory experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training is available.
Comfortable using basic hand tools and workshop equipment.
Practical, reliable and willing to learn new skills.
Good attention to detail when working with components and stock.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and being active throughout the working day.
Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of factory duties.
Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic.Apply:
