Facilities Team Member – handyperson, maintenance, decorating etc – required in central Bristol
£12.55 per hour PAYE, £15.47 per hour UMB
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm
Opportunity for overtime on the weekend
Various Bristol city centre locations
About the job
Undertaking general maintenance work within properties
Working with suited locking systems both mechanical and electronic
Window and door repairs
Basic plastering, repairing holes in walls etc
Basic domestic plumbing
Basic joinery
Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly
The right candidate
Previous experience working within general maintenance
Basic plumbing and electrical skills
Excellent communication skills, as there will be residents on site at the locations where you are working
