Key Responsibilities

You'll play a key role in keeping maintenance operations running smoothly by:

Leading and supporting a team delivering reactive maintenance across the site
Planning workloads and ensuring repair requests are completed efficiently
Monitoring work quality while maintaining high safety and compliance standards
Responding to urgent maintenance issues and coordinating resources effectively
Working closely with site stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met
Reviewing maintenance data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements
Supporting operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

To be successful in this Facilities Team Leader role, you'll ideally have:

Previous supervisory experience within Facilities, building services or estate maintenance
Experience coordinating reactive maintenance activities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Good knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices
Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of building fabric and mechanical or electrical maintenance
