Facilities Support Officer

In the role of Facilities Management Support Officer your duties will include:

· Ensuring safe custody of keys, operation of building alarms and opening and closing of buildings in accordance

· Assist in the proper operations of the buildings through the use of building management systems

· Provide a focal point for all operational building related queries

· Identify and report faults

· Act as point of contact for contractors and/or visitors as directed

· Prepare buildings, rooms, halls, etc., for meetings / functions / weddings including the provision of refreshments if requested. This will also include the lifting / rearranging of furniture.

· To ensure all waste material is disposed of properly and to maintain outside rubbish bin areas

· Maintain outside driveways, car parks, main entrances and other access areas

· Assist in the receipt of mail and deliveries

· Carry out basic administrative tasks

To be successful in the role of Facilities Management Support Officer you will need:

· Full UK driving licence

· Previous experience within a similar role

· MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE START

This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, on an hourly rate of £12.50
