Facilities Support Coordinator
We are supporting a global manufacturing company based in Ipswich with recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator, working full time Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. You will have the option of hybrid working following your probation period, working a minimum of 3 days in the office. You will be offered circa £28,000 (dependent on experience) + an excellent benefits package and bonuses to include £500 after a successful 3 months service (Subject to Tax & NI). OTE of circa £32,800 including the joining bonus.

Duties will include:

Assist with the management of planned & unplanned works
Provide regular reception/switchboard cover
Maintain up-to-date maintenance records & ensure compliance requirements are met
Liaise with external couriers for collections and deliveries
Administration support including management of project information & relevant forms
Deal with enquires via telephone and email
Support with setting up of training for new employees
Ordering and distribution of office consumables
Organise documentation (electronically)
Take responsibility for contractors working on premisesIdeally you will have first aid and/or fire warden experience, however this is not essential. You will be joining a close-knit team who enjoy supporting each other and working together. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day functions and adapting to a role where no two days are the same.
