Part Time Facilities Manager Wanted! ????

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry? Our client, a well-established organisation based in Bromley, Kent, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. With a part-time position available, this could be the perfect role for someone looking for a work-life balance.

???? Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide effective print management and post room services to support the organisation.
Manage procurement within company expense policy guidelines.
Oversee the departmental budget, review contracts, and negotiate favourable rates.
Ensure the building complies with health and safety requirements.
Maintain 24-hour security and day-to-day building services.
Manage property-related legal aspects such as leasing.
Recruit, train, and develop the Facilities team.
Assist as Deputy Fire Liaison Officer and First Aider.
Project manage contracts and coordinate contractors' work.???? Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facilities Management.
Strong customer management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and people management abilities.
Organisational and project management skills.
Effective negotiation skills.
Technical knowledge of building services, environmental issues, and office systems.???? Qualifications:

Facilities management qualification or qualified by experience.
Technical knowledge of health and safety, ideally certified by IOSH.???? Competitive Salary: Full time equivalent salary would be £45,000

THE PART TIME SALARY WOULD BE £27,000 !!!
