We are currently working with a company who offer serviced office space nationwide and they are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth running of all ten offices. The role will involve overseeing all of the compliance, maintenance, external partners, security and procurement of the buildings.

Permanent

Based out of Holborn visits will be included to the other sites

£60,000 - £70,000 per anum

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth running of ten commercial serviced offices throughout London, Birmingham,

Ensuring all buildings are compliant including fire safety and general health and safety requirements

Ensuring all maintenance and management of internal appliances as we all as PPM and repair for the core building services

Management of 3rd party cleaning services and waste management as well as 3rd party services

Responsible for the security of all locations including access control and CCTV

Management of procurement and supplier performance management which includes reviewing existing processes and implementing enhancements

We are looking for candidates with the below:

Take pride in maintaining records of their work and processes, ensure seamless coordination of tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time

Managing the facilities of commercial property including managing budgets, developing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring you are maintaining a cost effective approach to your work

Applying both logic and analytical thinking to challenges and solving problems effectively and efficiently

4 – 6 years experience within a facilities management role within commercial property such as offices, high end residential complexes and hotels
