Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Facilities Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of the facilities, including security, maintenance and other services. Ensuring that the needs of the organisation, employees and/or visitors are met.
Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, programme and quality.
Identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate.
Managing the preparation, approval and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation through review to implementation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a facilities management role.
Technical understanding of FM maintenance.
Stakeholder management.
Problem solving experience.
Enhanced level vetting is essential but will be arranged by the employer.
