Facilities Manager

Catch 22 are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a nationally recognised charity that makes a genuine difference to people's lives every day.

Leading all aspects of facilities operations, you'll oversee maintenance, housekeeping, catering, compliance and contractor management, ensuring a safe, efficient and welcoming environment across the hospice. You'll also play an important role within the wider leadership team.  

Key responsibilities:

Leading facilities, maintenance and support service teams
Managing health & safety, compliance and risk management
Overseeing contractors, projects and service delivery
Managing budgets and operational performance
Driving improvements across the estate and facilities services
Supporting business continuity and regulatory compliance
About you:

Senior facilities management experience
Strong compliance and health & safety knowledge
Experience managing teams, budgets and contractors
NEBOSH qualified or equivalent
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A hands-on and solutions-focused approach  
Able to start immediately and happy working on a temporary on going basis
Must be able to drive
This is a temporary role that offers a salary of around £62,000 per annum and the chance to join a respected and purpose-led organisation where your work will have a real impact, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position in the future.
