Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Minor Works Project Manager to join our expanding FMRE team based in Filton, Bristol. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, each valued up to £100,000, across our Filton, Bristol, and Newport, South Wales sites. The successful candidate must be eligible for UK SC clearance to work on our Newport site.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Create detailed visual project plans.
Implement safety measures to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
Manage project execution and subcontractor safety.
Financial Management:
Demonstrate sound financial awareness, including margin control, application processes, final account negotiation, Schedule of Rates, and cost completion.
Risk and Compliance Management:
Evaluate project successes and challenges to enhance future learning.
Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures for assigned projects.
Set objectives in line with organizational and client needs, including scope, content, timings, and budget.
Identify and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Obtain and review risk assessment method statements from third parties.About You:
Proven experience in project management of up to £100,000.
Knowledge and experience in M&E works.
IOSH Managing Safely Qualification.
NEBOSH Qualification.
Competent in managing key stakeholders.
Awareness of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM)
