Central London (Zones 1 & 2)

£48,000 - £50,000 + Travel Card + Uniform + Tools + Career Development Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced electrician looking to join a growing Facilities Management business where your contribution is genuinely valued?

We are recruiting for three Facilities Management Electricians to join a well-established and expanding FM team delivering maintenance services across more than 20 commercial sites throughout Central London (Zones 1 & 2).

The Role

Working as part of a team of approximately 10 engineers, reporting into a Maintenance Manager and Supervisor, you will carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.

All jobs will be issued and managed through a mobile app, allowing you to work efficiently across multiple sites while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

This is a foot-mobile role, travelling between sites across Central London, with all tools, equipment, and a travel card provided.

You will also be required to attend the company's main operations hub in Islington when needed to collect equipment, materials, and stock.

What You'll Be Doing

Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Fault finding and repairs
Electrical testing and inspection where qualified
Minor installation works
Working closely with site teams and building occupiers
Managing jobs through a mobile application
Delivering exceptional customer service across multiple client sites
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

Essential:

City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical Qualification (minimum requirement)
Level 3 Electrical Qualification preferred
Experience carrying out electrical maintenance in commercial environments
Strong fault-finding abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, client-facing approach
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

Desirable:

City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
Facilities Management or Building Services experience
Additional electrical qualifications
