Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Manager / Engineer on a 3 month initial contract to manage a range of public buildings and leisure facilities across Redditch and Bromsgrove region.
Your main role will include:
Effective management of cyclical maintenance, service and monitoring of mainly mechanical systems and equipment
Management of projects and maintenance tasks undertaken by contractors
Ensuring the service of mechanical plant and equipment
Manage maintenance calls on a reactive basis including allocation to suitable contractors.
Post inspection of works The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Property Maintenance experience
Knowledge of repairs and maintenance
CDM documentation experience
HNC qualification would be preferred
Health and safety knowledge essential. £24.45 per hour via a umbrella company.
