Description:
A growing and well-established Facilities Management provider to the built environment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding business supporting a number of sectors across the Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality & Leisure, and both the Public & Private sectors on a full-time permanent basis.
Employed in a mobile basis covering Edinburgh, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Carrying out all planned and reactive maintenance including all mechanical, and associated building services on the likes of AHU’s, pumps, motors, pressurisation units, fire alarms and all other non-critical services
* Carrying out emergency lighting tests, maintenance and repairs
* Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems
Essential requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar FM commercial maintenance capacity
* Highly skilled in all aspects of FM/Building Services Maintenance and repair work
* Proven track record and experience with AHU’s, pumps, motors, pressurisation units etc.
* Good problem-solving skills
* Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
