Catch 22 are working with a Facilities Management organisation to recruit Facilities Management Helpdesk Administrators on an initial 6-month contract.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience using their CAFM software and a strong administrative background within Facilities Management. You will play a key role in ensuring the CAFM system is fully up to date, accurately maintainingcompliance records, PPM schedules, and reactive maintenance data.
Key Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining the CAFM system
Managing compliance, PPM and reactive maintenance records
Ensuring data accuracy and supporting ongoing system administration
Helping bring historical records up to date and maintaining data quality standards
Requirements:
Previous experience using MRI Evolution CAFM System is desirable
Background in Facilities Management or maintenance helpdesk environments
Strong attention to detail and data administration skills
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
In return, our client is offering an hourly rate between £15.00 - £17.00 per hour.
