A fast growing, ambitious, international business looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join them at the picturesque, West Wales factory based near Lampeter in the beautiful Felinfach area.

Site based What you will be doing as the Facilities Coordinator;
  
Becoming a Facilities Coordinator this important role will involve you performing various duties to the best of your ability.
This role is permanent so offers itself as a great opportunity to showcase your skills whilst at the same time developing new skills.

You will lead the Felinfach laundry process, cleaning contract, PPE requirements, site visitors & provide admin support as required.
Operating the switchboard for the whole factory and greeting all visitors to site, ensuring they are signed in in accordance with procedures and audit requirements, providing door system access to new starters and contractors
Ensuring all visit requests are completed and approved prior to internal/external site visits and that subsequent PPE & refreshment needs are organised as required.
Monitoring of PPE stocks, liaising with the PPE suppliers on any additional requirements.
Raising purchase orders as required and accurately recording and recharging all purchases made to the relevant departments, with monthly information provided to the finance department
Booking meeting rooms on behalf of visitors to site
Making hotel arrangements for visitors form other sites related to the company. About You 

You will be highly organised
Have a professional image as you will be the face of the company
You will be confident on phone with excellent communication skills.
You will have a solid administration background, ideally within a similar, fast paced, varied role.
Microsoft Office software skills – Intermediate Level on Excel
This is an On-site role, therefore you will live close to the factory or within a 40 minute commute.
Own transport desirable due to the location.  What's in it for you
