Description
Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facility needs
Assist with office move and space planning projects
Handle administrative tasks related to facilities management
Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
Coordinate meeting room bookings
Support the facilities team in day-to-day operationsProfile
Experience with PPM's and scheduling
Experience with dealing with contractors for maintenance issues
Demonstrable experience in supplier contract performance and measurement
Good communication and able to work within a team
Have an understanding of hard and soft services
Team player with an enthusiastic attitude and pro-active approachJob Offer
