Description:
We are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant for one of our clients based in Milton Keynes
Hours of work could be either: 7.30am-4pm or 8am-4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
3 month temporary role
Duties will include:
* Taking some deliveries and putting away
* Daily site walks assessing and checking: heating, cleaning and outside buildings including roof
* Post and shipping including scanning parcels as they come in as well as distributing post for collection
* Planned checks of equipment, alarms, detection devices and first aid boxes as well as charging batteries
* Booking in maintenance and services
* Issuing security passes
* Monitor energy usage
* Some on call work if production breaks down
* Supporting the production area with manual duties
