Facilities Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator on a temporary basis for 3 months to support the day to day facilities management of their workplace with a variety of administration tasks. They are a leader in their field and a supportive team to work with.

The Role

This will be a varied role supporting the facilities department.

Responsibilities will include:

* Handling incoming post

* Monitoring a range of facilities such as helpdesk, staff car park, and office capacity.

* Other ad-hoc administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate

In order to be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills. You should also be confident and professional in your approach and need to have a friendly and efficient manner. The ability to be self-motivated and customer focused is also key for this position.
