You will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure which will cost you £25.
Position: Face-to-Face Customer Service Advisor
Location: Customer Hub, 249 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1YJ
Start Date: ASAP
36 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 16:15, Friday 08:30 - 16:00. 30 minute break.
Hourly Rate: £12.81
Role Information:
The Customer Contact Adviser will play a crucial role in providing and collecting information related to various customer contacts.
Responsibilities:
Interact with residents face-to-face, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
Welcoming customers
Checking candidates in
Providing a ticket for appointments.
Take payments, process service requests, and manage customer information accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
Ensure customer contacts are handled with efficiency and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with relevant information and policies to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
