Façade Site Manager
My client a leading Façade contractor is actively looking for a 2nd site manager to start on site ASAP.
Façade experience is essential for this role.
This will be site-based role working on a high-end residential development project based in Mayfair, London.
Duties:
* Supervise and manage all Stanta (SFS) installation works day to day
* Supervise and manage all cavity and stone installation works day to day
* Prepare and issue RAMS
* Daily H&S checks on site and reporting of any near miss/ incident/etc… and TBT carried out
* Review 6 week look ahead and plan works accordingly
* Know the full programme to have an understanding of the general strategy
* Liaise with Lifting supervisor and issue Lifting Plan
* Lead and issue minutes - Internal progress and construction meeting
* Lead and issue minutes – DABs
* ITP system record and photograph installed works using iPad based ITP - Daily pictures records (incl. Beck's floors)
* BIM360 handovers (issue handovers and acceptance/rejection of third party handovers)
* Inspect and de-snag works before inspection with (external) Design Team
* Attend inspection with Design Team to make sure they respect the inspection distance and argue if we don’t agree with snags/comments raised
* Organise cavity barrier record keeping and inspection with ARUP/fire consultants/Mace and internal inspection with consultant/supplier
* QITP - Keep records
* Construction daily progress and insert data in master progress and productivity tracker
Salary- 50k-60k depending on experience.
