Facade Manager positions do not come much better!!! Our client, has an urgent demand for a Facade Manager with good Mixed Use project experience. We are looking for a Manager to oversee the facade packages on a £670 Mn Residential Scheme project in Stratford. You will join a first class Project Team working on this mixed use development.
Facade Manager Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the procurement of Facade / Roofing subcontracts.
- Design / Value Engineering of packages.
- Technical guidance / support.
- Driving programme.
- Quality control and snagging.
- Solving all technical issues.
- Reporting to Senior Project Manager / Project Director.
Facade Manager Experience required:
- 10+ years Construction industry experience.
- 5+ years Facade Manager experience.
- Black CSCS and SMSTS ESSENTIAL
- Strong Reporting / IT skills
