Façade Operatives (Cradle / BMU)
Pay rate: £130–£140 per day
Hours: 07:00 – 15:00
Location: London
Contract: 6-12 Months
We are currently recruiting for multiple Façade Operatives to join a long-term restoration project on a high-rise commercial building.
Working as part of a professional team, you will be involved in specialist external cleaning and restoration works.
Responsible for:
* Restoration cleaning of external façade and cladding surfaces
* Cleaning and restoration of aluminium façade systems
* Removal of environmental contamination and staining
* Surface preparation of aluminium cladding and window systems
* Application of specialist façade restoration coatings
* Working safely from BMU cradles / suspended access systems
Requirements
* Previous cradle / BMU experience preferred
* Valid CSCS card
* IPAF (beneficial)
* Working at height experience preferred
* SAEMA certification beneficial
* Must have a clear understanding of English language
* Comfortable working at significant height
