Facade Manager
Location: East London

We are currently seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join a leading developer based in East London, overseeing facade packages on a residential development project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on professional with proven UK experience working for either a residential developer or a main contractor.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all facade works on site, ensuring delivery in line with programme, quality and budget requirements.
*
Coordinate facade subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors.
*
Ensure all facade installations comply with UK building regulations, fire safety requirements, specifications and relevant standards.
*
Monitor progress against the construction programme and proactively address delays or potential issues.
*
Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure works are completed to the required standards.
*
Coordinate with site management, design teams, consultants and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery.
*
Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions, resolving design and coordination issues as they arise.
*
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed across facade operations.
*
Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and quality documentation.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Facade Manager on UK construction projects.
*
Previous experience working for a residential developer or main contractor is essential.
*
Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, including cladding, curtain walling, brickwork and external envelope packages.
*
Good understanding of UK building regulations, fire safety compliance and quality assurance procedures.
*
Strong subcontractor management, coordination and programme delivery skills.
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment and deliver against tight deadlines.
