My client is seeking a Facade Manager to work on a £20m new build residential development in West London.
The successful Facade Manager will be responsible for completion of the brickwork and groundworks packages on site. You will have experience managing external trades previously for either a Main Contractor or Residential Developer. The site completion is delayed and there are supply chain issues, so we require someone with a cool head who can cope with this pressure on site.
To be considered for this Facade Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
This Facade Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis for approximately 4 months. Pay rate is negotiable - around £300 per day CIS.
