Our clients are building and civil engineering companies providing a portfolio of contracting solutions and construction services to the build environment. These companies work in a variety of sectors such as commercial and residential.
We are currently looking for Facade/Brise Soleil Louvre/Rainscreen installers(2 positions available) to work within this industry working within London and the South East (M40/ M4 corridor). We are looking for fitters preferably with experience but also someone who is a good team worker and will be willing to step in and carry out labourer responsibilities when required.
Initially this will be a 3 month probation period moving onto a permanent position if successful. Rate on application. Role due to start asap. Self-employed basis. PAYE taken at source.
Required:
UK Driving licence
Own transport
Good understanding of spoken and written English
Valid CSCS card including Health & safety (1day course)
New legislation requires all operatives applying or renewing a CSCS card to hold an NVQ Level 2
Harness certificate, IPAF 3a & 3b essential
Will be working at height.
Experience in working on both commercial and residential building sites.
No Agencies or teams working away from home. No lodgings available.
