Fabricator/Welder – High-End Bespoke Work
Location: Leicester
Pay: £18.00 – £19.00 per hour DOE

Are you a skilled Fabricator/Welder who takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work?
This is a great opportunity to join a specialist Leicester manufacturer producing bespoke metalwork for premium retail, interiors and display projects. This is not repetitive production welding. The work is varied, detailed and built to a high standard, with the finished product often forming part of high-end customer-facing environments.
You’ll be working on bespoke projects using a variety of materials, carrying out both MIG and TIG welding, and fabricating parts from engineering drawings.
The Role
As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for:
* MIG and TIG welding
* Fabricating bespoke metalwork from drawings
* Working with a variety of materials
* Producing high-quality, clean welds and finished fabrications
* Measuring, cutting, drilling, folding and assembling components
* Working on one-off, low-volume and project-based work
* Checking your own work to ensure a high-quality finish
* Supporting the wider workshop team when required
What We’re Looking For
You will need:
* Strong fabrication and welding experience
* Experience with both MIG and TIG welding
* Ability to work from engineering drawings
* Good attention to detail
* Pride in producing high-quality work
* A reliable, hands-on attitude
Experience with bespoke fabrication, architectural metalwork, retail interiors, displays, shopfitting or high-end finished products would be a strong advantage.
