Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator (Aluminium Windows) to join a busy production team based in North Acton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Fabricator (Aluminium Windows) with experience in aluminium window manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or architectural glazing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality aluminium window and door systems, working from technical drawings and manufacturing specifications to ensure products meet the required quality standards.
We welcome applications from Aluminium Fabricators, Window Fabricators, Window Assemblers and Technical Assembly Operatives with relevant manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble aluminium window and door systems in line with technical specifications.
*
Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing instructions.
*
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly and fitting tasks.
*
Fit gaskets and apply silicone accurately to achieve a high-quality finish.
*
Check components and completed panels for defects and inconsistencies.
*
Carry out quality inspections and sign off completed panels where required.
*
Ensure all work meets production targets and quality standards.
*
Maintain an organised and safe working environment.
*
Support colleagues with technical assembly tasks and troubleshooting.
*
Follow health and safety procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
*
Assist with loading and unloading materials, including forklift operations where required.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this Fabricator (Aluminium Windows) position, you should have:

At least one year of experience in assembly or fabrication.
*
Previous experience in aluminium window fabrication, window manufacturing or a similar production environment.
*
Competence using hand tools and power tools.
*
The ability to read and follow technical drawings.
*
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

The ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

A reliable, organised and hardworking approach.
*
The ability to handle materials safely.
Experience in aluminium fabrication, architectural glazing, window and door manufacturing, or technical assembly would be advantageous.
